Brought my 16 year old daughter to have her heart checked. The whole team were fantastic and really put her at ease. Dr Ramcharan was thorough, professional and kind throughout. He explained everything very clearly and answered all our questions. Beforehand arranging the appointment was much easier than our experience elsewhere, and was set up very quickly via email. Dr Bakshi has been excellent from our initial consultation through to a follow up and allergy test for our son, I am sure that if we did not go through the route of contacting Dr Bakshi we would still be struggling to get medication for our son. Will defiantly follow up if required in the future and will be sure to recommend to other parents.
