Dr Bakshi has been excellent from our initial consultation through to a follow up and allergy test for our son, I am sure that if we did not go through the route of contacting Dr Bakshi we would still be struggling to get medication for our son. Will defiantly follow up if required in the future and will be sure to recommend to other parents.

Dr Sridhar is really attentive and listens to our concerns. He has an excellent report with my daughter and makes her feel at ease. My daughter actually looks forward to her appointments with Dr Sridhar.

Dr. Jog is a very compassionate woman. She is knowledgeable and forthcoming as she willing to share her experience. She is kind and straightforward resulting in a happy patient. Furthermore, she creates a positive atmosphere as she clearly knows what she’s doing and has a bright smile on her face.

Dr Gopi is very thorough and explains everything to both me and my son. My son is on the autism pathway and can struggle with new environments and people especially in a clinical environment however he has a real soft spot for Dr Gopi and is always happy to go to his appointments!

During my first visit, we experienced significant difficulties. We had trouble finding the hospital, then the parking, and finally, the reception sent us to various places before we found the doctor. This caused a 5-minute delay. The doctor became argumentative and spent 10 minutes explaining her frustration rather than understanding my reasons for being late. She mentioned having another appointment, which stressed me out and made me rush through providing her with the necessary details. Her hurried approach was not appreciated, especially since we were seeing a private doctor. On my second visit, I arrived early, but she made us wait even though there were no other patients with her, contradicting her previous emphasis on punctuality. She did not apologize for being late. Additionally, the letters provided were not given promptly. She first sent the claim to Bupa in both instances before giving us the letter. The letter also had an old GP address, and despite constant follow-up, a revised letter has not yet been issued.
