He explained every step of his plan for me and adjusted it to my situation and concerns along the way. Martin was incredibly professional and friendly. He worked with me to understand where my pain is coming from and propose specific exercises. Over the 5-6 months I developed a better understanding of what I need to change in my workout and implemented his recommendations. I've had three Bodyset physios and all are great. So I was pleased that Martina is very nice and caring and asks alot about my medical condition, offering advice and help. The exercises she prescribed are good and I am working through them and hopefully will find they help my back and neck. She is very thorough with the massage of my back and neck and listens when I request anything. My only thing is that I wish Martina was at my local Wapping branch as I dont like commuting too far due to my medical condition but its all fine as she is great.

Mark is a fantastic therapist, kind and thoughtful, adjusting exercises and training as the weeks went by to match my progress and needs (which also meant it never got boring or repetitive and I actually stuck to the programme). He has an in-depth knowledge of the procedure I had (full knee replacement) so could answer all my random questions, whether about the odd ache or clicky noise, my range of movement, the wound itself, or even how to get out of a bath, so I felt reassured and supported during the recovery. I found Mark very respectful in a personal sense, in terms of hands-on physio, and also in my home environment. He's warm, friendly and also extremely punctual!

Mary O'Leary has been integral to rehabilitating a recurring back and pelvic injury made worse postpartum. As a practitioner with a wealth of experience, Mary has approached my injury holistically and explained in simple terms what is happening in my body, helping to deepen my understanding and treatment plan of the issue. Her skills are made more powerful and effective through her active listening, empathy, and fantastic sense of humour during sessions, so that I have complete trust in her treatment and leave sessions feeling better in both body and mind. I could not recommend Mary highly enough and only wish I had been under her care sooner.
