Mark is a fantastic therapist, kind and thoughtful, adjusting exercises and training as the weeks went by to match my progress and needs (which also meant it never got boring or repetitive and I actually stuck to the programme). He has an in-depth knowledge of the procedure I had (full knee replacement) so could answer all my random questions, whether about the odd ache or clicky noise, my range of movement, the wound itself, or even how to get out of a bath, so I felt reassured and supported during the recovery. I found Mark very respectful in a personal sense, in terms of hands-on physio, and also in my home environment. He's warm, friendly and also extremely punctual!

Mary O'Leary has been integral to rehabilitating a recurring back and pelvic injury made worse postpartum. As a practitioner with a wealth of experience, Mary has approached my injury holistically and explained in simple terms what is happening in my body, helping to deepen my understanding and treatment plan of the issue. Her skills are made more powerful and effective through her active listening, empathy, and fantastic sense of humour during sessions, so that I have complete trust in her treatment and leave sessions feeling better in both body and mind. I could not recommend Mary highly enough and only wish I had been under her care sooner.

Adam knows so much and seems to be always learning more. He is a very calming and caring presence. He’s taught me how to tackle pain and know root causes rather than just treat symptoms. Highly recommend.

I was first introduced to Gabs as an Osteopath by my former PT, as my existing Osteopath had moved outside of London. I found Gabs to be an excellent Osteopath, and so when he told me he also did Personal Training, I jumped at the chance to train with him. I now think having both osteopathy and PT with the same person is an amazing privilege. I love training with someone who understands the quirks of body. I feel that through a combination of training and therapies we are working to undo years of bad posture and bad technique… while still seeing visible physical results in my body. I can’t recommend Gabs enough.

I came to Gus with a calf injury which had stopped me running eight weeks out from a marathon. Gus diagnosed the issue, helped me strengthen the muscles to prevent it returning and gave me a training plan that got me back on track. He’s knowledgeable, practical and realistic. He understood I didn’t want a zero risk plan - but to get to the event and complete it (which I did with no pain and a time I’m delighted with). A pleasure to work with and I would absolutely recommend

When visiting the UK from Australia I was in need of an Osteopath, I was recommended George. He was by far the best and most effective Osteopath I've ever seen. George was both professional, knowledgeable and kind. He was able to treat my problem within a couple of sessions. Cant rate highly enough!
