I recently underwent surgery for gallstones, and my experience with Dr. Drymousis was exceptional. From the very first consultation, he exhibited a cheerful and positive demeanor that immediately put me at ease. He explained every detail of the procedure with clarity and patience, ensuring I understood each step and what to expect. His thoroughness and willingness to answer all my questions, no matter how small, demonstrated his dedication to patient care. On the day of the surgery, Dr. Drymousis maintained his reassuring and supportive attitude, which helped alleviate my anxiety. The surgery went smoothly, and his post-operative care was equally commendable. He continued to provide detailed explanations and support during my recovery, making sure I felt comfortable and well-informed throughout the process. Dr. Drymousis truly went above and beyond, and I am incredibly grateful for his expertise and kindness. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of surgical care. His professionalism and compassionate approach make all the difference.

My gallbladder was full of stones and needed to be removed to reduce risk of pancreatitis. AXA had referred me yet again to a consultant who was not a surgeon. I would have had to call AXA and have another appointment with a surgeon but Dr Vasilikostas fitted me in after his clinic finished and scheduled me for surgery within two weeks. He was kind, reassuring and professional.

Barry is just the best - kind, funny - I mean who wants to talk poop with someone you don’t really know and he explains things so you can help yourself to feel better, with long-term solutions as well. After a bad experience at another London hospital after the birth of my son and my bowel stopped working post-c-section Barry is a godsend and has put my mind at rest with the symptoms I’m experiencing. Thank you Barry, in the nicest possible way I hope to not sit in your consulting room again. :)

From the Moment I met Prof Patel at our first consultation, I knew I was in excellent hands. He explained the surgery that I required (whipple) in great detail and answered the questions that myself and my Wife had with great care and compassion and really made me feel a lot happier and comfortable as to what I should expect over the coming months. In hospital, the Prof once again demonstrated to me his passion for, just being one of the best at what he does. Everytime he came to see how I was progressing, still in hospital, post op, he listen intently to how I was feeling, not just physically but mentally as well and showed me so much compassion, love and care, even on Christmas morning the Prof came in to see how I was doing, he didn't need to, when many had finished work for the holiday. I am recovering really well and have huge admiration respect and gratitude to Professor Ameet Patel, I thank you and all your team. Paul D
