Experience at this hospital very pleasant

Very clean and on time didn't have to wait longer than my arranged appointment time

Very calm and reassuring atmosphere where every member of staff from the cleaner to the consultant was polite and helpful.

Overall my experience with HCA was ok - especially the care side which was friendly and effective, but the admin side was less efficient, particularly in terms of clarity in pricing and payment processes which seemed complex and uncoordinated.

Better signage would be helpful.

Hospital was very clean and staff were very efficient and welcoming throughout my stay, my one suggestion would be to allow patients to arrive closer to their procedure time when having local anesthetic, as there are only a small amount of checks needed prior therefor a lot of waiting around.

This is my second experience, I was so pleased and happy that even though I was afraid of having a tooth pulled, I felt so comfortable that I can recommend it with peace of mind. I would like to thank my doctor Esen Ali Günay. I would like to thank the nurse Berfin Hanım very much. He took great care of me, I left very happy. I listened to all the advice my doctor gave me. It has been 2 weeks and I am very comfortable and my teeth are healthy 😊😊😊

I would highly recommend Dr Pruneddu and Dottore London overall. I was able to get an appointment at short notice, I didn't have to wait on the day and Dr Pruneddu answered all my questions clearlt and efficiently.

Extremely friendly patient and courteous reception staff and concierge.
