I was very keen to see Dr Jenkins after experiencing a period of illness and fatigue that no other doctors were seemingly able to help me any further with. On top of my thyroid condition, I have had had chronic fatigue that wasn’t improving with medication. Dr Jenkins took the time to listen to my full medical history, asking me questions others had not and clearly trying to get to the root of the problem. He was incredibly understanding and sympathetic and made me feel heard and understood. I’ve spent years feeling as though there was nothing that could be done to improve the situation and that I was at times imagining how bad it was due to feedback I was getting. His thorough testing uncovered the cause of the chronic fatigue and we were able to treat it. During the consultation, I also mentioned some minor issues, such as ear popping and difficulty breathing through my nose, which were affecting my sleep. Mr. Dwivedi took the time to examine these concerns as well and offered precise diagnoses. I left the clinic with a clear treatment plan and a prescription to address my issues. For the first time in a long while, I felt genuinely optimistic about my health. For anyone considering a visit to Mr. Raghav Dwivedi, you will not be disappointed.
