I found myself in a very vulnerable position a few days ago - I was frightened and needed help. I found Mr Bhatti's details on Bupa's website and I called his medical secretary, Catherine. 
Catherine answered my call and *immediately* put me at ease, by taking time to speak with me and reassure me. I booked an appointment for the next day and Mr Bhatti called me to rearrange the appointment to later in the day, so his colleague would be present to take some samples from my thyroid gland.
Mr Bhatti was very kind and reassuring on the telephone, and his kindness continued once I met him face-to-face. Mr Bhatti took time to listen to me (please don't read over that so lightly; listening is the most important skill to have), reassure me and explain what was going to happen and possible outcomes. He is both relatable and professional. His clear knowledge, experience and certainty put me at ease. His nursing team and colleague (radiographer) were also a class act!
I had to make a follow-up appointment, and I had reason so speak with his wonderful secretary again. What an absolutely sterling team! I feel cared for, I feel valued, I feel listened to, and I feel extremely grateful.
If you are reading this and you are anxious, self-conscious, frightened or vulnerable; please know that you will be in excellent hands with Mr Bhatti.
