I was treated by Mr. Mustansir Alibhai for 3 wisdom tooth removal that required me going under a general anaesthesia and oral surgery. I was extremely nervous about the surgery mainly because I live on my own and didn’t have anyone present or to care for me after the treatment. Mr. Alibhai was exceptionally kind and reassured me throughout the process where he was able to extend my hospital stay so the nurses could look after me. He was also very attentive, listened to all of my concerns, offered me options and was very caring pre and post-treatment. I didn’t feel alone, rather, I felt comforted which made the surgery and my healing process very easy which I don’t think would have been possible without the care. As a hard person to please, I can not emphasise enough how amazing Mr Laycock is. I visited pinewoods for 2 sessions of C02 laser on my face and neck area and results are outstanding!
