Very calm and patient doctor. Explained me the procedure very nicely multiple times as I had come in for plunging ranula issue. Came to see me everyday in the hospital answered all my questions. His assistant is also brilliant. Highly recommended. Very knowledgeable.

As a hard person to please, I can not emphasise enough how amazing Mr Laycock is. I visited pinewoods for 2 sessions of C02 laser on my face and neck area and results are outstanding!
