The diagnosis, prognosis, options and potential outcomes, were all extensively offered and discussed with Mr Jayaram, with generous attention to detail, clarity and empathy along my patient journey. I cannot rate our consultation with Mr Kapoor highly enough. I was given plenty of time to discuss the presenting problem, swift examination took place and I was then given a clear explanation of what had been found. Treatment options were discussed and a way ahead mutually agreed. This was all done along with a delightful sense of humour. I felt that I had been respected and had been treated as an intelligent person despite my advanced years. That isn’t always the case when in contact with some members of the medical profession!
