Dr Wakelin, took her time to understand the problem and created a strategy plan to tackle the problem. This gave me the confidence, that the problem will be resolved/managed.

I was taken through to the operating suite almost as soon as I arrived ten minutes early and all was explained to me by the nurse. Dr. Gaikwad escorted me to the theatre where I met and was introduced to the other three members of the team. Dr Gaikwad then fully explained the procedure.

I just love the way she talks and explain and knows exactly what is going on. She always find the right solution and she is always intrested in the progress
