Mr Jaiswal explained what the procedure entailed. After the operation came to see me everyday to see how I was recovering which was very comforting. I felt that he had empathy and was approachable if I had any questions.

Mr Saksena did my left knee replacement 11 years ago and I was very happy when I knew he was going to do my right knee replacement this time too. He always explains clearly what will happen and what to expect at all times, and is happy to answer any questions.
