Once again, first rate care!

The doctors, nurses and staff are incredibly friendly and clearly care about one another and the patients. Doctors in the Sainsbury’s Wing are fantastic, capable and empathetic but clearly overworked with shifts that are longer than they should be. I would say the same goes for the nurses. There is a serious shortage of staff, which is problematic for a private facility. The building in itself and the rooms are in desperate need of renovation and modernisation. Nutrition needs to be much more of a priority as it forms a crucial part of a holistic treatment.

Highly competent and dedicated staff whom make you feel safe to discuss anything openly. Their expertise is a fantastic attribute to the team. I felt understood and able to explain everything without feeling rushed and dismissed⁰

I would highly recommend Dr Pruneddu and Dottore London overall. I was able to get an appointment at short notice, I didn't have to wait on the day and Dr Pruneddu answered all my questions clearlt and efficiently.
