Extremely friendly patient and courteous reception staff and concierge.

I would highly recommend Dr Pruneddu and Dottore London overall. I was able to get an appointment at short notice, I didn't have to wait on the day and Dr Pruneddu answered all my questions clearlt and efficiently.

It didnt even feel like a hospital! All staff were very friendly, attentive and made the experience as positive as possible.

Efficient reception and radiography staff and system

The doctors, nurses and staff are incredibly friendly and clearly care about one another and the patients. Doctors in the Sainsbury’s Wing are fantastic, capable and empathetic but clearly overworked with shifts that are longer than they should be. I would say the same goes for the nurses. There is a serious shortage of staff, which is problematic for a private facility. The building in itself and the rooms are in desperate need of renovation and modernisation. Nutrition needs to be much more of a priority as it forms a crucial part of a holistic treatment.
