James is an extremely experienced and competent physiotherapist who came recommended through my knee surgeon. He is able to quickly diagnose the underlying problem and suggest the necessary exercises, which he records as mini videos and then shares through email (rather than some complex platform requiring multiple passwords!) He has a very friendly demeanor and i can honestly not recommend him enough. The only downside is that he is often booked well in advance.

Martin was incredibly professional and friendly. He worked with me to understand where my pain is coming from and propose specific exercises. Over the 5-6 months I developed a better understanding of what I need to change in my workout and implemented his recommendations. Really great experience with Dr. Bav today at his Marylebone clinic. I was seen for a chronic cervical spine issue and i felt all my concerns were listened to during the appointment, he was great at explaining what was happening during the examination and treatment and i left feeling better straight away and Looking forward to the follow ups to continue with the improvements.
