I see him as someone who would take the time to make sure his patients are comfortable enough before proceeding to treatments. I feel that she had the interests of both Dr Pal and myself when liaising with us. During one of my procedures which didn’t require an aesthetic but still caused discomfort, the nurses/assistants took great care of me by giving clear directions and distracting me with small talks.

I was vey happy with different treatment options being thoroughly explained to me and felt in control of decisions around my operation. Operation was successful and I felt supported and calm throughout the process.
