Mr Younis has been very open and honest with every detail prior to and after the surgery. He has been a angel who I feel has given my mum the chance to live longer with his work and friendly manner of dealing with her and myself on being understanding from emotional prospective to carrying out his duties as a surgeon. Mr Hextall is very calm and knowledgable, he feels like a safe pair of hands. His explanation of the problem and the process of treatment was clear. He was attentive and available - he even took a call on a Sunday afternoon whilst away on holiday, which resulted in the swift treatment and resolution of a slight complication.
