I went to Genesis for my radiotherapy for breast cancer and was looked after so well from the reception satff to the radiotherapy team. I was offered wellbeing support and exercise therapy too and had the worry of the journey taken away by being offered a driver. Such total care making something that could be potentially be harrowing into a very pleasant experience.

I had a very good experience, the medical and non-medical staff were very attentive.

The hospital is clean, not too crowded. However, seems like there’s either no AC or it was broken, so it was quite hot. Most of the staff were professional and nice.

The experience was good but the waiting time is more. I had to leave my newborn at home.
