All excellent except for the setting up of the CT scan vehicle from 11.00 pm to 2.00 am outside my room so I didn’t sleep a wink alll night

Administration was a little ad hoc and concerning at the beginning, but did start to improve.

Very well looked after before and after my surgery. The hospital was clean and the staff made sure I was well looked after during my stay.

They respond quickly to enquiries, All staff are professional, polite and helpful.

Generally friendly. Quite a long time completing the form on the iPad and trying to find my policy plan number. I had my membership and authorisation numbers.

Can’t fault the hospital in any aspect. Easy parking, spotlessly clean, wonderful reception staff and no unnecessary waiting around, even when sent for unplanned X-rays.
