Majority of the team (nursing, hospitality & cleaning) were brilliant during my stay following the operation. I felt well looked after. Unfortunately my discharge felt a bit rushed, to the point I felt that I was an inconvenience. The handover of medication was given prior to my partner's arrival which meant he didn't have chance to ask questions about my ongoing care & medication

All professional staff were excellent. Reception staff a little over obsessed with taking payments even when payments agreed!

I was anxious prior to the surgery but have been very well supported by Mr Mohanty and his team from the start. I have been discharged today exactly a year from my first appointment.

Everyone I met was personable and efficient, making the visit very comfortable. My only difficulty was in finding parking!

I paid in the region of £10,000 for an overnight stay. I found the level of care unsatisfactory. The noise on the corridor overnight was ridiculous and no-one seemed to be aware that after my procedure I would not be able to chew or open my mouth very much. Despite this I was still brought a variety of food that I was unable to eat and I had to ask for a cup that I could sip out of. I was made to feel like I was being precious by asking for help. I would not stay at this hospital again.

All the staff were so friendly, food was amazing, only thing they need to do it update their meun with GF DF on.

Very clean and friendly atmosphere. Play area is good for children.
