Dr Patel went above and beyond for my grandmothers appointment yesterday. He was thorough and extremely detailed in the way he explained things to her in a way that she could understand. Nothing was too much to ask and he took his time to explain her diagnosis and the plan going forward. I am beyond grateful to him for shedding light on what has been a very dark time. We have had reassurance and now my grandmother is on the path to better physical and mental wellbeing.

Was greet by friendly staff as soon as I entered and everything was explained to me. Only disappointment was the coffee machine was not pointed out 😁
