The experience I had was 2nd to none.

The Shoulder Practice was very pleasant, clean, easy to find and my appointment was on time.

Hospital was very clean and staff were very efficient and welcoming throughout my stay, my one suggestion would be to allow patients to arrive closer to their procedure time when having local anesthetic, as there are only a small amount of checks needed prior therefor a lot of waiting around.
