Both the Cleveland Clinic in Portland Place and Grosvenor Place were brilliant! Again, all the staff were polite and caring and both clinics were spotlessly clean which gives you comfort. One thing that really sticks in my mind is after my procedure 16 days ago, I was sitting at the reception area waiting for a taxi and 2 members of staff came up to me and asked if I needed any assistance, which again, just makes you feel comfortable that you are in a caring environment, even away from the team that undertook the procedure.

An outstanding service! The administrative team arranged for my first consultation within 24 hours of my first contacting them. I then had the spinal injection within a week of first seeing Mr Aylott.
