It’s not an exaggeration to say that my therapy sessions with Celia turned my life around. I was in a bad place, I new I needed help but was very anxious (scared even) about attending therapy. Celia put me at ease almost immediately giving me confidence to open up & talk about things I’ve never really talked about before. Celia’s own history, which she was very open about, & her lovely caring personality meant she understood & could empathise with my issues. The therapy sessions identified the underlying causes of my problems & Celia’s help & advice gave me the tools I needed to deal with my issues & move forward. Therapy isn’t always easy, but to anybody needing help & considering therapy I would say don’t hesitate, go for it. There is real help waiting out there, you just have to take the first step.
