Having the support of Natasha as care coordinator as well as the therapy from Helen Brice has been really helpful with my recovery. Paul Flynn's provision of the Flow machine has made a huge difference.

I cannot speak highly enough of All Points North's addiction course. This program has been nothing short of life-changing for me. Under the guidance of their dedicated team, especially Andrea Taylor, I found the support, understanding, and tools necessary to navigate through the darkest depths of addiction. Andrea Taylor's patience, care, and wise words were truly the guiding light that led me out of the fire of addiction and self-destruction. Her compassionate approach and unwavering support provided me with the strength and courage to confront my demons and embark on the journey to recovery. The course itself is expertly crafted, offering a comprehensive blend of therapeutic techniques, practical strategies, and personalized support. From group therapy sessions to individual counseling, every aspect of the program is designed to empower individuals on their path to recovery. Thanks to All Points North and Andrea Taylor, I am now equipped with the tools and mindset to live a fulfilling, sober life. The combination of group therapy, one to one sessions and continued aftercare is really working well for me, after years of battling my addiction, I am finally discovering some peace. I’ve learnt so much about myself and my triggers and I feel much more equipped to deal with the cravings my addiction brings.

I originally came to Jills at Tragus for wax removal. This proved to be really stubborn and needed two sessions but i had complete confidence in Jills. With the wax removed Jills did a hearing test which showed i needed hearing aids(which i knew as i had had some in the past which I couldn't get on with). I had a two week free trial of hearing aids. Any problems were quickly resolved with WhatsApp messages or a quick appointment. This trial gave me the confidence to know I would be able to manage the devices. They are surprisingly easy to use(for an elderly person) and JIlls showed me how to control them with a smartphone. I have been back a few times for fine tuning to get the best possible result. I can't believe any other hearing aid provider would offer this level of service and aftercare.
