I was diagnosed with phimosis as a 21 year old - my foreskin was very tight and it was difficult to retract it even a centimetre. This meant that I couldn’t maintain proper hygiene and I was also diagnosed with lichen sclerosis. Mr Chitale explained my condition in detail and the possible courses of action. Circumcision was the best option for me. He looked after me very well and gave me his mobile number so I was able to contact him whenever I was unsure about anything. Mr Tev Aho is such a nice guy. Most people are apprehensive when considering surgery and I fall into this category. However I did my research before meeting Tev Aho who is among the best in the world to carry out the HOLEP procedure. From the moment you meet him you just know he’s the best guy for the job. In terms is success I would say it’s 100% for me. In technical terms my flow rate was poor and now it’s brilliant and some nights now I don’t have to get up for a pee. Before that it was 3/4 times some nights. The procedure is uncomfortable for a few days after surgery but putting that aside if you think you need Holep go for it and use Tev Aho and it just may be the best decision you ever made.
