Dr. Mistry was amazing. He had done all the research prior to my appointment so when we met he was able to provide all the advice needed. He has a wonderful bedside manner and I am very happy I found him. I would highly recommend Dr. Mistry.

Luca always held a safe and compassionate space for me. Initially it wasn't easy to accept Luca's help as i came with huge trust issues, but I really felt like I could open up to him properly without fear of judgement. Dr. Aarohee Desai-Gupta has been super helpful and providing clear instructions and guidance on my treatment . Over the course of 3 months since I have been working with her my mental health has drastically improved. I feel more like myself, my mood has also improved as well as my performance. My wife met Felix with my 16 year old son today. My son has had a fear of food after a bout of gastro enteritis at 18 months old. He had an extremely limited food intake, mainly beige foods with no food or vegetables. Before leaving Felix today my son had tried at least 11 or 12 new foods. By the end of the evening he’d tried 17 new foods. I cannot thank Felix enough for his time today. My son has a totally different outlook on food, and is already asking for foods to try and seeking them out himself. Such an amazing transformation, and one that my wife and I have found overwhelming and extremely emotional. I highly recommend Felix, and so does my son. It’s never too late to change.

Reaching this milestone has been a rather long journey, which at times has been a little overwhelming. I had one RTT session with Elizabeth. I have been watching Marisa Peers on YouTube and have bought 2 of her books, however I felt I needed the help of an RTT therapist to expedite my recovery. After the session, I didn’t sleep well the night after the session. The next day I was still able to function and felt good all day (I haven’t felt good for more than 1.5 years due to a breakdown of a long term relationship and soon after that having to go through cancer diagnosis and treatments. The night after that I had a full night sleep. I woke up feeling really good and ‘complete’. It was a wonderful feeling. I felt so much love for myself and I feel so peaceful. I have never felt this way ever. I didn't feel any fear or guilt or bad about myself. I carried these feelings all the time even when I was seemingly 'fulfilled' and ‘happy’ with my long term partner (now ex) or on holiday or home abroad with my family and old friends. Those feelings were always there deep down. Listening to the bespoke hypnosis recording done by Elizabeth daily also helps. Not knowing what to expect, the prospect of therapy can be very frightening. But Dr. Aisan immediately put me at ease which meant I could get the most out of the process. She is very nice intelligent caring doctor that seems to only want the best for her patients success and healthy mental health state. During my research for psychologist, she was one of my choices given her broad expertise. Over the last year or so Dr. Aisan has worked with me to help me identify the real deep rooted issues I was battling, address my hurt and mental pain. I begin to develop a sense of myself, someone I can now be proud of. My goal was to stop feeling depressed and distressed, however Dr. Aisan has helped me achieve so much more through therapy.
