Overall my experience with HCA was ok - especially the care side which was friendly and effective, but the admin side was less efficient, particularly in terms of clarity in pricing and payment processes which seemed complex and uncoordinated.

I would highly recommend Dr Pruneddu and Dottore London overall. I was able to get an appointment at short notice, I didn't have to wait on the day and Dr Pruneddu answered all my questions clearlt and efficiently.

I cannot recommend The Whiteley Clinic highly enough. The care I have received on each occasion has been exemplary. Before, during and after each procedure time has been taken to explain in detail every aspect of the treatment so that I have felt confident that I am in the very best hands.

This is the second operation I have had with Prof Imam and could not be happier. Exceptional! My physiotherapist in France told me you should congratulate your surgeon for the great work. Can not recommend more!
