Friendly staff from reception all the way through to the appointment with the doctor.

It didnt even feel like a hospital! All staff were very friendly, attentive and made the experience as positive as possible.

I was an NHS patient in the Sainsbury wing prior to and after a TAVI procedure. All the staff were caring and extremely attentive and as far as I can tell I was not treated any differently to a private patient.
