Mr Mendoza, Was Very Knowledge and reassuring, he provided a through review of the MRI and I left feeling happier that my headaches were not a result of the concerns i had Also, appreciating that the headaches were still causing me distress, Mr Mendoza advised he would advise that further referral would be beneficial

Dr George was lovely on the video call. There was no feeling of being rushed which I have experienced on other calls. Mr Kitchen was patient and showed empathy - he was reassuring, explained the treatment and the likely outcomes very clearly. I trusted him completely with my treatment. I was nervous and we discussed this - he showed understanding and that was important to me and helped put me at ease.
