Upon arriving at the hospital I was made to feel important and put at ease. The nursing team were very efficient and calming. Nothing was too much trouble. The theatre team came to see me along with the consultant, who reassured me that I was in good hands.

The reception staff are always charming and helpful. And every nurse has been extremely professional - and kind.
