Very thorough check up - clear explanations and options

The booking service, prior notification service, reception service, waiting-time, cleanliness of the establishment all get an excellent rating. The hygienist was not proficient or dexterous, was not well-presented, he did not have a good 'bedside manner', his customer care and overall performance was well below the usual standard for Riverside.

I am 67 years old Vitaly G.I was referred to teeth extraction to AF dental. Of course I was scared. From the very first step into clinic I was surprised by friendly atmosphere. My fears totally disappeared when I speak with doctor. After extraction I asked him, have you already remove teeth? Answer : sure. The service and treatment that I received at One to One Dental Clinic has always been excellent. From first consultation through to my dental plan based on Fazeela Khan-Osbourne's expert knowledge and experience and then the treatment itself. Appointments were always made to accommodate our travel and the clinic was extremely helpful when I had to fit in a procedure with short notice. All staff at the clinic are very professional and friendly which helps ensure that the experience is as calming as can be. I would not hesitate to recommend The One to One Dental Clinic.

The staff is friendly and professional, and do their best to make you comfortable and relaxed. The communication with the patient is excellent. And Dr. Sobhani is not just an excellent dentist but takes care to explain things to you and to try to ensure your comfort. Highly recommend.

The clinic is wonderful! Excellent service, great communication, and a fantastic play area for kids. We managed to have fissure sealants done for our 3-year-old without any stress, leaving us with completely positive emotions and impressions from the visit. Special thanks to Dr. Jasmine. My experience with the dental practice and Dr Mehmedov was very professional and swift. When I walked in I didn't have to wait a long time and the whole process was very fast and efficient. The staff were very welcoming and it was all communicated very well. I had no issues with the bookings and emails. It was all very simple and straight forward. Dr Mehmedov was brilliant and his work is amazing. I would recommend this practice to a friend!

We thank Moira and her team so much for all the work and support for our daughter over a 2 year period. We felt secure throughout the process and in safe hands to find a solution to a child missing 8 adult teeth. The orthodontic process has now come to an end and we are pleased with the results so far.
