I recently visited Luxmedica in Ealing and was thoroughly impressed with the level of care I received. The staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful, answering any questions I had with ease. My doctor, Dr Katarzyna Adamek, was amazing outstanding professional, taking the time to perform a thorough examination and communicate her findings in a way that was easy to understand, without any medical jargon. I was particularly impressed with her patience and attention to detail during the breast ultrasound, as she explained everything she was doing and seeing on the screen. This level of transparency helped to keep me informed and prevent any undue stress or worry. Dr Adamek's approach was clearly patient-centric, and I am confident that I will return for future appointments. In fact, I have already recommended her services to my mother, who I am sure will receive the same excellent care that I did.

From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and child-friendly, immediately putting both Sebastian and us at ease. Dr. Dania was exceptional. She has a remarkable way with children, and her warm, friendly demeanor made Sebastian feel comfortable and happy throughout the visit. She took the time to explain each step to him in a fun and engaging manner, which really helped alleviate any fears he had about going to the dentist. By the end of the appointment, Sebastian was all smiles and even looking forward to his next visit! At the end of our visit, Sara was incredibly helpful and organized. She made sure we had all the information we needed and went above and beyond to assist us, ensuring our overall experience was smooth and stress-free. The entire team at Happy Kid’s Dental Chelsea was professional, caring, and incredibly patient. The clinic itself is beautifully designed with kids in mind, making it a place where children can feel relaxed and enjoy their time there. We are so grateful for the positive experience Sebastian had, and we highly recommend Happy Kid’s Dental Chelsea to any parent looking for a fantastic dental practice for their children. The booking service, prior notification service, reception service, waiting-time, cleanliness of the establishment all get an excellent rating. The hygienist was not proficient or dexterous, was not well-presented, he did not have a good 'bedside manner', his customer care and overall performance was well below the usual standard for Riverside.

Highly informative and efficient throughout the treatment. Both Moira and all of the staff are exceptional and outstandingly professional.
