I recently visited Dr Ed Abrahamson with my son, and our experience was outstanding. From the start, Dr Ed Abrahamson's professionalism and genuine care were evident. He listened attentively to our concerns and explained everything clearly, ensuring we understood the situation. Dr Ed Abrahamson quickly identified my son's issue and arranged for a same-day scan, which confirmed his diagnosis. His prompt action and expertise provided us with immediate peace of mind. He dedicated ample time to our consultation, addressing all our questions without rushing. His compassionate approach made us feel valued and well-cared for. In summary, Dr Ed Abrahamson is knowledgeable, empathetic, and efficient. I highly recommend him for his exceptional patient care and swift, accurate diagnosis.

This was a very pleasant first experience with Dr Jog, although the little boy I nanny for has been coming to see Dr Jog for 7 years. Dr Jog is amazing at communicating with him and makes all the information clear for him to understand at 7 years old. She let him listen to his own heart and told him "you have a kind heart". We had troubles with our newborn and went back and forth to numerous GP appointments but there was nothing they were able to do to help. Our baby was very unhappy, would barely sleep and his feeding was extremely interrupted. We decided to visit Dr Jack Singer. He sat down with us and explained what the issues were. He Immediately showed us what the solution was and how we were going to achieve it! That very same day it was as if we had a new baby. Our little one finally got some well deserved rest and so did we. We finally had a smile on our face after a very long and tiresome start to parenthood. I’m very thankful to have been seen by Dr Singer. His knowledge is second to none and I’m comforted knowing that he’s there for our little one! Youness

Dr Ravi Kumar is very professional and explains things very clearly. He us knowledgeable and a trustworthy doctor and we know as parents that our child is in safe hands. I had a few concerns about my daughter’s health but he cleared all my doubts and I left the hospital satisfied and confident about my daughter’s health.

During my first visit, we experienced significant difficulties. We had trouble finding the hospital, then the parking, and finally, the reception sent us to various places before we found the doctor. This caused a 5-minute delay. The doctor became argumentative and spent 10 minutes explaining her frustration rather than understanding my reasons for being late. She mentioned having another appointment, which stressed me out and made me rush through providing her with the necessary details. Her hurried approach was not appreciated, especially since we were seeing a private doctor. On my second visit, I arrived early, but she made us wait even though there were no other patients with her, contradicting her previous emphasis on punctuality. She did not apologize for being late. Additionally, the letters provided were not given promptly. She first sent the claim to Bupa in both instances before giving us the letter. The letter also had an old GP address, and despite constant follow-up, a revised letter has not yet been issued.
