Great - empathetic and gave a good explanation into CBT

Ben was very understanding and professional and listened to the issues I was dealing with. The treatment really helped me reduce the symptoms of anxiety and start feeling like myself again.

Dr Sarah Jane has been a fantastic psychologist and provided a safe and understanding space to discuss and work through some of the mental health issues I was experiencing. Sarah Jane helped me understand what specific psychological treatment I needed and made sure I was supported throughout, whilst also providing practical support to improve my wellbeing at work and across other areas of my life. During sessions with Sarah Jane, I felt deeply understood on a personal level and was able to safely connect at a deep emotional level with myself. I was able to understand things about myself that I would not have been able to without Sarah Jane’s help and expertise, which has been fundamental in getting back to a balanced and fulfilled lifestyle.

Professor Druce was excellent at listening to my story where others have dismissed me. She was very informative and alleviated my key concerns by setting out my options clearly.
