I have not attended clinic physically as all my sessions since last July have been online. Communication with clinic has been easy and friendly.

I was apprehensive about rehab re alcohol dependency after a negative experience in a different clinic 5 years ago....but I needn't have worried as soon as I had my assessments with Colin Jones (therapist) and Dr Fafiolu ( Consultant ) I knew I'd made the right choice .I completed my treatment on 25th March It is such a caring ,compassionate,positive and safe environment and you know that every single member of staff wants the best for you and for you to get better. The staff are all absolutely amazing and that includes Consultant, therapists,Holbrook ward team,housekeeping team and kitchen staff oh and not forgetting the admin & reception teams. It felt like my home for the 28 days and the patients and staff like extended family! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Bristol Priory to anyone that needed help with an addiction .

Administration was a little ad hoc and concerning at the beginning, but did start to improve.

For me the experience I've had with infinity over the last 6 months has been life changing. The main goal coming into this was to become clean and sober, which has happened, but along with that has come a completely different outlook on life and lifes problems. The mental health awareness I had coming into infinity and now is unrecognisable. The mixture of the online group meetings, the mindfulness and meditation, in depth information on addiction and the one-to-one meetings have given me all the tools, belief and discipline to continue to stay sober and live a happy life. The course doesn't feel its online, kind, caring, non judgemental supporting group where everyone I've met along the way feels like family. The aftercare group is fantastic aswel which I love being a part of. I came into infinity after hitting rock bottom and on the verge of losing everything and everyone through my addiction and problems that have came along with it. I've came out clean sober with a completely different healthy outlook on life. I would like to thank everyone involved with infinity. The experience has completely changed my life.
