Very direct and clear communication (extremely helpful for us to understand where we stand), delivered in a very empathetic manner acknowledging the emotional challenges and anxiety that come with an unexpected diagnosis. Dr Abraham is incredibly approachable and made time to come and see me on the ward any day he was working, just to check if I needed anything or to speak to him further. I felt I could be completely open and honest with him about all of my experiences and struggles.

My journey with Venetia spans over 8 years, and I have nothing but good words for how she conducted herself both professionally and on the human level throughout this time. I've had a number of visits to Jill's for wax removal and hearing aids. Every visit I was seen on time and importantly was given as much time as I needed. I was never rushed.
