Matina is very good at giving me ways that reframe my thinking to help get me out of my anxiety funks. Additionally she is very compassionate. Sometimes, therapists can be quite dry l and that makes it difficult to be open about the issues we deal with. I find that her compassionate manner makes me feel ok to be open and honest and not feel foolish for feeling the way I do. Overall I am feeling more equipped at handling anxieties

Aylin made me feel very comfortable to be able to discuss my concerns. She listened and provided feedback, offering her advise, providing a number of suggestions/tools to help reduce my anxiety and stress.

Monika is incredibly warm and patient, and gives an impression of unconditional compassion and belief in one's potential. Having this energy reflected at me on a weekly basis was truly healing in itself. I also appreciate how dynamic and adaptive her therapeutic style is. We often shifted between brainspotting, EMDR, visualisation and talking therapy techniques, and Monika was always attuned to what would be most powerful at any given moment.

Marc is easy to talk to, and knows when to let the patient unburden themselves versus when to step in with some advice. He is also good at knowing when to be forgiving versus when to apply some ‘tough love.’ In my experience, therapy is not always easy but it shouldn’t be unpleasant, and Marc does a good job of ensuring that it is a worthwhile and even enjoyable endeavour.

I've seen Dr Walsh both face to face and in video call, and both times he's given an in-depth explanation and review of important information, and was helpful in allaying any concerns I had. I'm not great with doctors, but he was clear, kind, and nice to talk to, which made me feel more comfortable and focused :)

Immediately put me at my ease with his calm, gentle manner. Gave me time to answer his questions fully without rushing. Listened acutely and recorded comprehensively. Perfect bedside manner for a nervous patient, I felt apprehensive before the appointment but left feeling relaxed and content in the knowledge that an experienced doctor knew exactly my challenges and had begun to map a way forward with sympathy and support throughout. I highly recommend this consultant.
