Overall my experience with HCA was ok - especially the care side which was friendly and effective, but the admin side was less efficient, particularly in terms of clarity in pricing and payment processes which seemed complex and uncoordinated.

Booking process easy and all staff pleasant. Disappointed not to be examined- I have what I believe is bloating but may not be.

I just had a mini facelift at The Ghanem Clinic, and I couldn't be happier, from start to finish, they were top-notch. Dr. Ghanem and the team were super professional and caring. First off, they made sure I understood everything about the procedure and took the time to answer all my questions. That really helped calm my nerves. When it came to the surgery, I felt totally confident with Dr. Ghanem. He knew exactly what he was doing, and the results speak for themselves! I look and feel amazing. The care I got after the surgery was also fantastic. They made sure I was comfy and knew what to expect during my recovery. It made a big difference knowing they were there for me every step of the way. What I really loved about The Ghanem Clinic was how they treated me like a person, not just another patient. I had my first appointment with dietician Pooja Dhir who immediately put me at ease when we first spoke. It was a video consultation however Pooja was calm, reassuring, gentle in her probing and engaged. I felt heard. Her follow up notes were comprehensive. It was a particularly stressful time for me and my family and she was truly a light in the dark. We had two follow up appointments and each time she was knowledgeable and friendly - I felt I had made a friend by the time our third session concluded! I cannot thank her enough.
