I found Mr Caeser to be extremely knowledgeable, friendly, professional and helpful. My only concern is I have not had any follow up since the appointment, so I will take this up with Bupa and with the secretary.

I am 15 days post op today after my total knee replacement. I have been seeing Mr Vedi for a couple of years and he tried everything before the replacement. He is very informative, knowledgeable, professional and a good bed side manner. I always had 100% faith in Mr vedi and never worried about anything as his kind manner made me relax. Very calming presence and clear explanations

Mr Al Dadah was great from start to finish. He gave me great confidence from the outset, always made himself available at short notice and most importantly has given me a great outcome. I couldn’t be happier.

My hip is wonderful, almost full flexibility and if I need the other one doing I shall be coming!

Clearly explained what to expect . Mr Dabis was very professional , but at the same time approachable and very good at putting you at ease. He listened very carefully to my concerns and answered questions giving me all the time I needed . He was positive while still not underestimating the procedure and this gave me the confidence to proceed .

Mr Webb’s PA Robyn was fantastic as her communication whether by email or phone was excellent. Mr Webb himself was friendly and reassuring about the operation I needed. The operation itself has been totally successful as I have had no pain at all and immediately can do things I wasn’t able to do before due to the pain I was in. Within two weeks following my knee operation I am walking without crutches and back to walking my dog. Amazing!
