He was very clear when setting my expectation for the surgery and detailing how it would work. He was also mindful of my medical condition and represented my case at multi-disciplinary team meetings at the hospital with very little prior notice, arranging my surgery within a week. After the surgery, he visited me every day in the hospital. Furthermore, whilst I was recovering at home, he was always available, responding to my queries within minutes via text message, which gave me a much-needed sense of assurance.
