Happy with my visit, good to meet the Doctor face 2 face.

Had to explain a couple of times that I had insurance even though I had filled in the necessary form.

I cannot express enough how wonderful my experience was in WMS, all the midwifes and staffs were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. The WMS team went above and beyond to ensure that I felt comfortable and supported throughout the entire process. Their dedication and kindness made all the difference during such a significant time in my life.

It all went well. All went well. Very knowledgable and skilled. Had failed stabilisation before by another surgeon and saw Prof Imam for a second surgery and I was confident he is the right one.

Clean, quite and comfortable. Staff were kind too.

Happy, friendly, service-oriented people from the reception onwards. Bright, clean and organised environment that made the visit less traumatic (at least for me who is terrorised with just the thought of having to go to hospital/doctors). The fact that in one visit I saw the doctor, got the Xrays done, and then met with the doctor again for his recommendations was simply amazing, efficient and very welcomed. Great hospital with people that seemed happy to serve in an effective and caring manner.
