Miss Adib is possibly the most approachable and sensitive medics that I have ever had dealings with. Her professionalism, coupled with a deep understanding of her specialisation, is extremely reassuring. I had a Mona Lisa Smile treatment. Miss Adib gently explained every step of the process and carried out the procedure. There were three sessions which each took in the region of 5/7 mins, spaced over three months. The procedure has had an extremely positive effect on my life and general wellbeing. I can sneeze and laugh without crossing my legs, which is such a massive improvement with something that I had simply leant to live with. I had stopped running due to leakages, but last weekend I played 3 sets of tennis with my family, I felt secure and relaxed throughout, and enjoyed it enormously. I cannot thank Miss Adib enough for improving my quality of life so much. I cannot understand why all women in their 50/60 /70s don't have this treatment. I will be back each year now for the annual one off procedure. Additionally, I am also now being guided through taking BHRT by Miss Adib. My approach is why 'put up' with all these restrictive 'things' which we encounter as we get older if we don't have to. I am so happy to have met Miss Adib and would recommend her unreservedly to all.

I have been seeing doctor Shushma for few years before deciding to go ahead with the operation of hysterectomy which was nessassary because of my stage 4 prolapse womb . Her profesionalsm ,her very friendly manners ,and approachability convince me finally to take this big step . I have never felt under any pressure to make this decision . I arranged an online video interview with Dr Susanna Unsworth at the Cambridge Womens Clinic in Cambridge in November 2023 following a recommendation by a friend and after reading the book ‘Oestrogen Matters’ by Dr Avrum Bluming and Carol Tabriz, PhD. I had been advised by a few medics over the latter few years that I’d have to come off HRT at some point as I’d no longer need it, which advice did not make sense after my understanding of the natural decline of oestrogen at menopause with its resultant problems, and of its importance to women following menopause to maintain cognitive health, bone density and cardiovascular issues. My current regime of HRT had served me well over the years but through my reading of more up to date information I was made aware of an alternative and improved combination. After an unsuccessful initial attempt to reach out to a GP (not my own) who said that I should expect to experience bleeding, I reached out to Dr Susanna Unsworth. The hour long video appointment was better than I could have expected. Dr Susanna is immensely easy to talk to and answered all my questions and worries. I felt relaxed and above all reassured on every level about changing my HRT to a more current healthy combination. I highly recommend her invaluable advice.
