I saw Sophie virtually for several consultations. She was extremely knowledgeable about nutrition and the gut microbiome. Through her expert advice I making great improvements to my gut health and resolving a lot of digestion issues. For years my father struggled with diabetes and an unhealthy relationship with food, which resulted in increased medication over time and consequently a deep conviction that this was the only way down the line. Previous consultations with dietitians didn’t result in much success as their approach was deprivation based, lacked proper personalisation, and did not cater well for the human aspect. As a result, my father found it difficult to accept and adapt. Dr Filip’s approach, however, was totally different. His sessions are very educational and strategy based which empowered us to navigate the challenging tides of adaptation with renewed hope, clarity, and confidence. Throughout the sessions Dr Filip focused on clearing misconceptions and providing a methodical approach on how and when to prepare and consume meals. All questions were welcome - no question was treated lightly or seen silly, and delicate questions were answered with a highly valued level of detail, care and compassion. Beyond meals, Dr Filip gave keen attention to understanding daily routines and lifestyle and used these to tailor a realistic overall health plan, setting manageable objectives with highest impact one step at a time. Before signing up with Dr Filip, we were hesitant that this would bear fruit. My father is now well into his fourth month since starting the programme, and we haven’t seen him this disciplined before. What I love most is that Dr Filip built good rapport with my father which resulted in him accepting advice and consistently showing up for the sessions, which are conveniently offered to us remotely. Very thankfully, we are already seeing positive results and hope to be able to reduce medication in a few months’ time. We are very blessed to have Dr Filip and we personally highly recommend him for quality care and support.

Originally approached Lucy when I was suffering with Heartburn/Acid reflux on a daily basis. Lucy was professional and easy to communicate with from the outset. She made a number of suggestions which I incorporated immediately and started to see improvements more or less straight away. After just 4 sessions I was no longer regurgitating at nighttime and the acid reflux continued to improve. Importantly for me, Lucy helped me identify health and life style changes I needed to make and I am working on these each day. I can not recommend Lucy more. Thank you for all your help, Lucy!
