I was very happy with my treatment from Mr Masood. He took time to explain all procedures, sometimes with diagrams. I never felt rushed and felt I could any questions. He was also very considerate in aftercare.

She listened patiently and asked relevant and thorough questions regarding my symptoms and medical history. We covered a lot of ground and she educated me on some important aspects of hormones and menopause and explained well my treatment, as much as a lay person could adequately understood given how medically complex hormones and menopause are.
