From the beginning of my treatment, Mr Minas took special care to guide me through a very complex surgery. He approached my treatment with care and empathy and I felt like I was in safe hands. He was extremely patient and answered my questions thoroughly yet in a way that was easy for me to understand. I first met Dr Lillian Ugwumadu in October 2019, She has been such a support for me in dealing with Endometriosis over this time. Her professionalism and understanding is very reassuring and has given me 100% trust in her throughout my whole experience. she is very friendly and I always feel very comfortable being able to discuss personal medical issue's with her in a very open manner. Lillian's expertise in making a plan of action when we discuss issue's has been superb. Executes delivery in everything Lillian says she will do for me, whether it be booking scans, following up with results in timely manner or answering questions when I have felt unsure of things, the service in which I have received from her is efficient, polite and professional.

Mr Erritty has always taken the time to explain things fully to me and never rushed me when I came with lots of questions. He spent the time drawing images to help with my understanding and has always a great bedside manner

Dr. Salehzadeh had read the reports, took time to listen to me & appreciated my concern about the ongoing problem. He then suggested a way forward to try to resolve the problem.
