UCH could not have been better. All round professional, and friendly. I couldn’t ask for more.

Hospital was very clean and staff were very efficient and welcoming throughout my stay, my one suggestion would be to allow patients to arrive closer to their procedure time when having local anesthetic, as there are only a small amount of checks needed prior therefor a lot of waiting around.

All the staff members I interacted with were very polite and helpful. The facility was clean and quiet with a welcoming atmosphere.

We felt at ease from the moment we arrived and couldn’t have had been support from the full team. Thank you all for making our experience as comfortable, supportive, and reassuring as possible.
