My overall experience with Dr Patel was great and would definitely see him again. He made sure I felt listened to and explored multiple options of what my problem could be. He also made me feel as though I was valued as a patient which a lot of public health care facilities lack.

Excellent at explaining how the gallbladder works and how the gallbladder would be removed. Very kind and caring before the op and also afterwards. Also humorous which helped to calm nerves!
