Good all round

It was as expected, but I didn't find the reception desk staff friendly which was slightly off putting.

The overall experience was great. All staff were attentive, kind, caring and very positive. A lot of support for breastfeeding (where needed) and our care by Mr Kunde, Dr Arrandale and the entire staff was exceptional.

I had a great experience at the Kensington Wing. All the staff from the receptionists to the nurses, midwives and doctors were couldn’t have been more patient oriented or attentive.

On time, v friendly, good advice, reasonable charges

Excellent experience in such a special time of life.

Small clinic meant it felt intimate and the staff were always so attentive - much more personable than going to a hospital for scans / check-ups

This is the second operation I have had with Prof Imam and could not be happier. Exceptional! My physiotherapist in France told me you should congratulate your surgeon for the great work. Can not recommend more!
